How to read the money: Michigan state cards sum exact candidate-and-office rows in the official 2026 All-Transactions files updated October 1. Those files can include original and amended statement rows, so the displayed values are raw export sums, not filing balances, cash on hand, or cycle totals. FEC cards use separate candidate aggregates and their own coverage windows.
