Corrections and changes
If a figure, link or description is wrong, tell us which page and filing to check. We record corrections here so readers can see what changed.
Request a correction
Send the page URL, the exact statement or row, the report ID if available, and a link to the original or amended record. Use the W4USA Public Desk and choose Correct the Record, or email correction@w4usa.org. Ordinary email is not a private document drop.
We check a claimed error against the underlying record. For a factual correction, the log will state the previous and corrected information, the date, and the supporting source. Technical fixes are labeled separately. A later government filing may also require a dated update.
