Selected report summaries are now available
5,819 reports from 2,426 exact internal/external source-ID pairs passed the explicit summary checks. Their periods lie within January 1 through October 1, 2026, but differ by account and contain gaps. The directory preserves 181 additional ID pairs with no included amounts. The selected subset excludes 32 reports with date, semantic or arithmetic issues and 516 additional reports without the required explicit values. Earlier metadata exclusions, other forms and other periods are outside this cohort.
Selected Form 460 contribution summaries, not donor transactions or spending totals. A1 and A2 are components of A3. Never add the total to its components. Amounts retain negative values and can include transfers, loan forgiveness and third-party loan repayments. They are not new cash, unique election dollars or complete California coverage.

How records become a W4POLITICS comparison

- Keep state and federal records separateUse the disclosure system responsible for each office.
- Match identities conservativelyPublish numeric summaries only when the record supports the candidate-to-filer match.
- Preserve source terminologyUse the official field labels and avoid invented totals.
