Selected Form 460 contribution summaries, not donor transactions or spending totals. A1 and A2 are components of A3. Never add the total to its components. Amounts retain negative values and can include transfers, loan forgiveness and third-party loan repayments. They are not new cash, unique election dollars or complete California coverage.
Geography is not yet verified
Donor locations and identities are not available in this summary release. No map is inferred from filer offices, committee names or report totals.

What is included
5,819 reports from 2,426 exact internal/external source-ID pairs passed the explicit summary checks. Their periods lie within January 1 through October 1, 2026, but differ by account and contain gaps. The directory preserves 181 additional ID pairs with no included amounts. The selected subset excludes 32 reports with date, semantic or arithmetic issues and 516 additional reports without the required explicit values. Earlier metadata exclusions, other forms and other periods are outside this cohort.
The official October 3 bulk archive supplies report versions and SMRY summary values. Every included A1 plus A2 equals A3, and A3 matches Form 460 Column A line 1. Missing or null values were never changed to zero. These checks verify reported summary consistency, not the donor or payment schedules. Raw contribution and expenditure imports have unresolved records and are not published here.
Included report periods fall within January 1 through October 1, 2026. Each account has its own included periods; gaps are not zero activity. The date filters use report-period endpoints, not donation or payment dates. Each row separately shows its full period and filing date.
- Exact source ID pairs, not names, identify accounts. Display names come from the latest included report, not from excluded reports.
- Only the selected amendment is included. Inclusive period overlaps were excluded before summary selection.
- There are 27 negative A1 values, 12 negative A2 values and 26 negative A3 values. Signs are retained; no negative is assumed to be a refund.
- Donor-level contributions, outgoing payments, spending purposes, donor geography and independent-spending targets remain unavailable.
- Loan schedules, in-kind contributions, cash balances, federal reports and complete local or election-cycle activity are not covered.
- A3 repeats A1 plus A2. Transfers between committees can repeat the same dollars across accounts. Do not sum all displayed categories or call these unique election costs.
- 181 observed source pairs have no included reports. An excluded or missing report is unavailable, not $0. Exclusions describe our publication limits, not wrongdoing.
Public-interest reporting only, not a solicitation or contact list. No donor/payee names, street addresses, email, phone, bank, check, signature or candidate-identity inference is included in this summary release.
These summaries show reported contribution amounts, not donor relationships or candidate control.
