Certified write-in roster not yet available

The Secretary of State's 2026 certified write-in list was not available when checked September 30, 2026. The Qualified Candidates page still linked only to the 2024 list. The 2026 election calendar set September 8 as the notice and publication deadline, September 14 as the affidavit deadline, and September 21 as the Secretary of State certification and publication deadline. Only certified write-ins are counted in a general election. No named write-in candidate is inferred from the missing publication.

Coverage boundary: This page covers contests decided by all Georgia voters. U.S. House, General Assembly, district, county, municipal, school, and local contests are excluded. Chase Russell Oliver for Governor, Colin McKinney for Insurance and Fire Safety Commissioner, and Thomas Michael Blooming for Public Service Commissioner District 5 are excluded because the official portal marked each Libertarian record Disqualified. The portal showed no active independent or political-body statewide qualifier when checked, but final general-ballot certification was not available. The separate Public Service Commissioner District 3 recount page is labeled Unofficial Results and is not treated as final ballot certification. No named write-in roster is published here because the 2026 certified list was unavailable. Candidate order shown here is not a claim about final ballot order. Read the full coverage boundary.
