What this Maryland guide covers
Three selected Maryland reports are now available
276 amount-only transaction records from two accounts, observed October 2, 2026. Each report reconciles to its selected official PDF version. Monetary contributions, noncash support and expenditures are separate; reimbursements are included once.
Counterparty names were not retained in this release. This is not a complete committee directory, statewide total, full-cycle dataset or current amendment certification. The ballot guide and candidate summaries below retain their own scope and review date.
This guide covers all 3 statewide candidate contests and all 8 active printed candidates or tickets in Maryland's official statewide roster. It keeps write-ins and judicial retention separate and does not mix MDCRIS with district-only FEC records.

Cathy White / Cathy PermutWCP Committee to Elect Cathy White filed a 2026 Pre-General 1 Affidavit of Limited Contributions and Expenditures for June 19 through August 18, 2026. The affidavit states that cumulative contributions and expenditures had not reached $1,000 since the committee was established June 19. It does not provide comparable exact receipts, expenditures, current cash, or obligations, so no numeric values are inferred.
District contests, local ballot styles, and itemized finance
Congressional, legislative, circuit court, county, municipal, school, and local expansion, plus transaction-level state and federal finance analysis, are not included in this statewide release.
