What this Vermont guide covers
Source-export observations are now available
Two independent public CSV exports for source election filter 45 (General Election 2026), not all Vermont election activity. All 45,046 observed contribution rows and 13,880 observed expenditure rows are retained. Source export ordinals plus file hashes identify local occurrences, not agency transactions. No new observation is added to an older copy of the same export.
Separate source-export observations for the General Election 2026 search. Contributions mix cash, noncash and loans without a usable split. Monetary and in-kind expenditures remain separate. These are export occurrences, not uniquely identified or amendment-resolved transactions, complete-cycle totals or cash balances.
This release covers every candidate contest decided by all Vermont voters in the November 3, 2026 general election.

District contests, local ballot styles, final write-ins, and itemized finance
Legislative, county, municipal, judicial district and other local ballot expansion, plus the official post-deadline write-in roster, remain outside the featured ballot guide. The separate export explorer includes source filing entities beyond that ballot guide, but excludes verified donor/payee detail and current amendment reconciliation. It is not complete state and federal finance coverage.
Dataset comparison: Vermont state cards use exact candidate-index cycle totals for total raised and total spent, paired with the latest filed disclosure period available on October 1. Cash balance is not published in the index and is not inferred. Federal cards use separate FEC candidate aggregates with each page's stated coverage. Missing federal summaries are not converted to zeros.
