How to read the money: Candidate summary receipts and expenses are W4POLITICS sums of nonoverlapping, latest-version SEEC30 report periods. Ending balance and loan balance come from the latest listed summary. The separate transaction explorer uses the September 26 bulk snapshot: only reconciled reporting periods enter primary cash views. Loans, public grants and candidate funds are not outside donor contributions. Neither view establishes a complete election-cycle total.
