Unresolved filings, district contests and town ballots

Unreconciled and newer-live reporting periods remain visible but excluded from primary transaction totals. Noncash and candidate-paid records are separate, unreconciled views. Congressional, legislative, probate, registrar, municipal, school and other local candidate rosters, plus town-specific questions, remain outside this guide.

Dataset comparison: State systems use different financial definitions and reporting windows. Connecticut candidate summary cards and its transaction explorer have separate source boundaries. Verified-period cash resources include financing and public funding, while donor charts use only their stated contribution subset. Do not treat any of these as statewide or full-cycle totals. Missing records are not zero.
