How to read the money: Kansas state figures cover January 1 through July 23. An October 4 source check found a new first report block in Pat Proctor's PDF, filed September 30; its totals replace our previously displayed August 10 snapshot. Appended report pages are not combined, and latest amendment status remains unverified. Kris Kobach's source is a September 10 amendment. Jennifer Day's listed amendment is unavailable, so her original report is historical only and excluded from comparisons. Two candidates filed exemption affidavits instead of numeric reports. FEC summaries separately cover the 2025-2026 cycle through July 15.
