Make your Kansas voting plan

Use Kansas's official voter services to register, check your record, find your polling place, request an advance ballot, review photo identification, and confirm county-specific advance voting hours.

First steps

Start with these three actions

Step 1

Register or check your record

Register by October 13. Use VoterView to check your registration, polling place, districts, and ballot status before traveling.

Step 2

Plan advance or Election Day voting

In-person advance voting may begin October 14 and must begin in every county by October 27. It ends at noon local time on November 2. County sites and hours vary.

Step 3

Request and return an advance mail ballot

The statutory application deadline is October 27. The completed ballot must reach the election office by the local poll closing hour on November 3; a postmark does not extend the ordinary deadline.

On the ballot

1 statewide constitutional amendment

The Kansas Secretary of State lists one proposed constitutional amendment for the November 3, 2026, general election.
