Find state, county and city finance filings

Search 1,533 candidate profiles with a selected 2025 annual, 2026 first-quarter or second-quarter report. Each profile now shows selected itemized monetary contributions, in-kind entries, monetary expenses and its report IDs. These entries do not equal full campaign totals. This filing archive is not a verified November 2026 ballot roster.

Trace outside public records with document and identity checks before drawing a connection.

17profiles labelled sheriff
18labelled treasurer, including state and combined offices
20labelled district attorney
66labelled county commissioner
74labelled city council
530jurisdiction and office not specified in export

Office label groups can overlap. Each number counts profiles in this selected export, not active races, people on the ballot or donors.

Compare like with like: The January through June figures add only itemized monetary contributions on controlling Q1 and Q2 candidate reports. The quarter bar divides that subset by reporting period. In-kind and spending are separate. A line for an entry below $500 counts entries, not individual donors, and may include an organization. Complete race comparisons need signed report covers and a dated county ballot roster.

Two statewide races with dated ballot names

The Washoe County 2026 general-election list names these candidates. The profile links are checked name matches; the state filing links show office evidence separately. Some export labels are old or blank. We have not confirmed that each original filing URL corresponds to its numeric export report ID, so no race receipt totals are stated here.

Adriana Guzmán Fralick: finance profile 4731; 2026 Q2 office evidence

Nye County: one hidden profile and one missing paper filer

The Nye County June primary ballot identifies Matt Sadler for County Commission District 5. His export finance profile says office not specified and jurisdiction unknown. We added a sourced primary ballot match so a Nye County or commissioner filter finds him; November status still needs a general ballot check.

A filed name or a June primary name alone does not establish a place on the November ballot. These examples show why all 17 county-equivalent jurisdictions need a roster-to-report crosswalk, including separate paper archives.

Before comparing races: The export profile can retain an old office. Aaron Ford's profile says Attorney General, while his checked 2026 signed reports say Governor. We have not checked signed-cover comparisons for the Attorney General race or all county and city ballot rosters here. Missing signed-cover totals are unknown, not $0; itemized entries are not full campaign receipt totals. Check the state filing search and your county election office before treating a profile as a current candidate. Methods and sources.
