Candidate and committee reports
Compare report IDs, amounts, reporting windows and as-filed names. This ledger documents a reported transaction, not an official favor.
Nevada | Public record trail
Campaign money is one part of the picture. This research path connects a candidate's finance profile to official disclosure, business, land, water and government-action systems. A link opens a place to check; it is not an ownership claim.
Zero published findings does not mean zero assets. No ownership search is complete by implication.

The name and profile ID come from our selected campaign finance archive. A person with the same name in another system may be someone else.

Four checks before a connection is published
Agency, document ID, filing or recording date, and an accessible source link.
Compare disclosures, roles, entity filings and other identifiers. A shared name alone fails this check.
Did the documented interest exist when the person held office or acted? Has title changed?
Link the vote, permit, contract, appointment or recusal and explain the person's actual authority.

These agency links are search starting points. Search a name, then compare the source documents and dates. County systems differ; a public index can be incomplete or delayed.

Check the applicable statement, office and filing year. Disclosures can use categories or thresholds and should be read as filed.
Check entity number, active dates, officers and registered agents. An agent or similarly named company is not proof of beneficial ownership.
Use the correct county assessor for parcels and the county recorder for deed history. Identify the actual owner and acquisition dates; omit residential addresses from our summaries.
Search the state permit record by owner or permit number, then inspect title and recorded transfer documents. Parcel ownership does not establish ownership of a water right.
Read a public decision, vote, contract or recusal alongside the documented interest and the official's role. An ethics opinion is not interchangeable with an allegation.
Search current and past legislative lobbyists, clients and expense reports. A shared client or donation is a lead, not proof of a candidate's direction.
Find solicitations, contracts and purchase orders, then confirm the vendor entity, award date and decision maker. Local governments may maintain separate systems.
Use the appellate court portal for relevant public matters and trace the disposition. This portal is not every trial court; being named in a case proves no wrongdoing.
Documented connections
We have not completed and published the identity, title, date and official-action checks for a property, water right or business claim. This count describes published findings, not whether any candidate owns an asset. The official research links below are ready to use.
A public finding will cite the original record, identity basis, dates, related official action, limits and the candidate's response or documented request for one. Readers can check a claim through the corrections process.
We summarize interests relevant to public duties, such as a business holding, commercial land, a water right or a public contract. We do not republish exact home locations, parcel numbers for a residence, relatives' details or personal contact data. Unknown, name match and documented connection are different states. A donation, filing or ownership record alone is not a finding of wrongdoing.
