District contests, local ballot styles, and itemized finance
Congressional, legislative, solicitor, county, municipal, school, special-district, watershed and other local ballot expansion remain outside the featured ballot guide. The separate candidate-report explorer includes source-listed state and local offices, but not individual donor/payee transactions or complete state and federal finance analysis.
Dataset comparison: South Carolina state cards use the exact Contributions, Expenses, and Balance fields displayed on each selected Quarter 2, 2026 report index. These are not labeled as period-only figures, and each candidate's filing period may differ. Quarter 3 was due after the October 1 source check. U.S. Senate cards use separate FEC candidate aggregates with each page's stated coverage. Missing records are not converted to zeros.
